Making Learning Fun!
From birth, ‘learning’ is as vital as eating or sleeping. We learn with each breath; family, school, friends, and work offer us different methods of education. Although our universe is rapidly changing every day, teaching methods remain the same.
As Learning Designs, we say ”Learning is Fun!” We advocate that everyone, children and adults, have the right to play and learn, and do so in ways that are fun and enjoyable. Our values below are evident in our tailor-made games and innovative learning programs.

Training Design
We can design tailor-made training on the subject you specify, for your target audience, whenever and wherever you want, with experiential learning methods.
E-Learning

You can contact us for consultancy on designing a board game, establishing a gamification system, social cohesion studies, and volunteer systems!

WE ARE A SOCIAL ENTERPRISE FOCUSED ON SOCIAL IMPACTS
Social enterprises adopt entrepreneurship as the solution to social problems and adopt free market based methods. Their purpose is radical systematic change.
Learning Designs’ purpose is to show that learning and training can be more effective and enjoyable through games and to support all actors in designing qualified education. The principles that shaped us as social enterprise are the 7 principles that Nobel Prize Winner Professor Muhammad Yunus identified;
1- The objective is to overcome one or more problems (poverty, education, health, technology access, environment etc.) which threaten people and society; not profit maximization.
2- Financial and economic sustainability.
3- Investors get back their investment amount only. No dividend is given beyond investment money.
4- When investment amount is paid back, residual profit stays with the company for expansion and improvement.
5- Environmentally conscious.
6- Workforce gets market wage with better working conditions.
7- Do it all with joy.
WE SUPPORT YOUTH ENTREPRENEURSHIP.
Learning Designs works with young entrepreneurs in our production and working processes. Our game graphic designer, our publisher, and even our game carrier designer are young local entrepreneurs.
WE PROVIDE FUNDRAISING RESOURCES FOR NGOs.
We cooperate with NGOs in developing tailor made games. Partnerships with NGOs allow the NGO to receive a share of the profits whenever that game is used or sold on other projects and to receive part of the profits when they sell the game. For example; The Antalya EU Center Association is receiving funding from every sale and training of the Europe and Erasmus + Program designed under the project between Learning Designs and The Antalya EU Center Association.
WE CREATE WITH ENERGY AND JOY.
Our job is creating, playing and learning. We love to build and create. We do not limit ourselves to the office; often we work from cafés, on public transportation, or in our homes. We learn new things every day and develop ourselves at any moment with a solution-oriented approach.
